We really enjoyed working with Jill and her team. They were so friendly right from the start. We were in town for a couple of months with a fair amount of guests so at times our schedule to look at houses was limited. Jill and Lexi were very flexible and worked hard to fit everything in around our timeframe. We didn’t find the perfect house while we were in Naples but by the time we left, they knew exactly what we were looking for. When we were least expecting it, our perfect house came on the market. Jill was quick to act and within a couple of days, we made an offer and it was accepted. It was such a pleasure working with Jill, Lexi and Barb. We would highly recommend their services.

We worked with Jill on the sale of our condo in Bay Colony and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience, the best we have ever had with a listing agent. Jill has strong market knowledge, but more importantly a keen sense for the market and what needed to be done to accomplish our goals. She was not afraid to share her thoughts throughout the process, while at the time, she was an attentive listener to our needs and desires. She was very helpful suggesting staging changes we could make to significantly improve the appeal of our condo. Most of those changes were just repurposing things we already had. Once listed, Jill maintained a very high level of communication with us related to showings and any changes in the competitive landscape. When it came to negotiations with buyers, Jill was very fact based, shared with us the options we might want to consider, and did not put any pressure on us to accept an offer we were not comfortable with. Once an offer was accepted, Jill was present at every step of way making sure everything was accomplished on schedule. She knows how to take care of the details and get things done! We are very grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Jill.

Alice in our experience is very unique when it comes to realtors in Marco Island. She took time with us, looked at several properties in many locations on the island, and always had time to meet or discuss what we were looking for. We had several areas we were considering, South Beach Area, Smokehouse Bay, Residence Beach, Old Marco, etc. Alice took us to each of those areas, listened to our comments, and really found a property that would fit both of our desires, which were quite different. In the end, she found the perfect place for us and even helped tremendously with the work before the closing, inspections, final walk through, while we were out of the country. Some of the other realtors we met with in the past didn't seem to have the time for us. We would highly recommend Alice to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Naples/Marco Island area. I don't think you will find another realtor that will go the extra mile as she did.
