We really enjoyed working with Jill and her team. They were so friendly right from the start. We were in town for a couple of months with a fair amount of guests so at times our schedule to look at houses was limited. Jill and Lexi were very flexible and worked hard to fit everything in around our timeframe. We didn’t find the perfect house while we were in Naples but by the time we left, they knew exactly what we were looking for. When we were least expecting it, our perfect house came on the market. Jill was quick to act and within a couple of days, we made an offer and it was accepted. It was such a pleasure working with Jill, Lexi and Barb. We would highly recommend their services.

When it came to negotiations with buyers, Jill was very fact based, shared with us the options we might want to consider, and did not put any pressure on us to accept an offer we were not comfortable with. Once an offer was accepted, Jill was present at every step of way making sure everything was accomplished on schedule. She knows how to take care of the details and get things done!
