Jan is a wonderful person, very friendly and knowledgeable about the Florida Real Estate market. This was my first experience in pursuing the possibility of purchasing property in FL. She showed me a number of condos in the price range I was looking for. Once I found the one I wanted, she made it very easy for me to purchase. All the paperwork was done by Jan, any questions I had were answered promptly. Other than a few things I has to do which Jan couldn’t, all I really had to do was to go to the signing.
