Lainy Vanderwey sold an our condo on Manasota Key and helped us purchase a home at Boca Royale. The beach property sold very quickly, at the price we wanted and all went great. Then the hurricanes hit and killed the deal. Lainy patiently waited a year and a half while the condo was being rebuilt and then sold it again as soon as it was complete. During the reconstruction, she helped us find people to help and actually help keep an eye on things while we were out of town. She made a difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be.
