Our friend referred us to Ann Wacholder last June. We flew from California and she spent a couple of days showing us the Venice area as well as surrounding towns. Although we were not quite ready to buy, we viewed quite a few homes and neighborhoods with her so that she had a good idea of the house we were looking for.
