Kynse has been amazing to work with! This lady knows Horses and what it takes to market a Horse facility. Her professionalism, experience and knowledge completely made us at ease listing our two properties. She gets to know potential buyers prior to showing, was very considerate of our schedule, didn’t show our property to anyone that wasn’t prequalified. Once we had contracts in place she kept us up to date on our closings. Kynse advised us when inspections were scheduled, surveys etc… Remarkably we listed both properties, she had two different buyers. We closed in less than two months! Very impressive lady for sure! We highly recommend Kynse to list any property.
