About The Quinn Team

Our family has called Cape Coral "home", since 1978! Our daughters grew up experiencing lots of great outdoor activities. Family activities always included swimming, boating, water skiing, horseback riding and shelling. I retired from hospital work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and became a licensed Realtor in 2005. I am considered a Relocation Specialist in the Lee County area, with a focus on Gulf access waterfront properties. My husband Bob, joined my real estate team in 2014 after he retired from the financial services industry. Bob was formerly a Certified Financial Planner and he loves to "crunch numbers". In fact, he writes a weekly newspaper column called "Homing In", which appears in the Friday edition of the Cape Coral Breeze Newspaper. You can always trust our data to be accurate and honest. Amy got the job done

Amy did a good job to finally sell our house after almost 3 years on the market, most of that time with 2 other agencies. She arranged for many showings and helped us make arrangements for repairs identified by the home inspections.
