This was my first time working with Brenda and her team, but she previously assisted my mother in the sale/purchase of various homes prior to this transaction. My mother became terminally sick and she requested that I work with Brenda and her team for my mother's last transaction. Upon speaking with Brenda, she immediately referred me to her title team to expedite paperwork to benefit our unfortunate situation. We were able to avoid the probate process upon my mother's passing solely due to Brenda's team. There was a period of time where we kept Brenda on the outskirts because we were indecisive on when/how to move forward with the house sale due to hurricane damage and insurance issues. In the interim, unbeknownst to us, Brenda was working with investors behind the scenes while we figured out our plan of action. When we finally decided to move forward with listing the house, without fixing the hurricane damage, Brenda had multiple investors to pick up the pieces. Brenda and her team were able to get us a sale price that was above our expectations with everything considered, and we were listed for less than 24 hours before the house was sold. We had various family players within the closing of the house, and Brenda's team was able to accommodate all of our schedules/restrictions. I highly recommend Brenda's services for any purchase/sale. She is a perfectionist through and through, and I understand why one of my mother's last wishes were to use Brenda for this transaction.

Brenda contacted us very promptly when we called. Her and her photographer were there two days later. The photos and listing was up 2 days later. Our home showed and sold the first day on market. Her photos and listing made our home sound very inviting.

Brenda spent a great deal of time looking for a first floor condo that meet our needs. For personal reasons we decided not to buy but put our second floor condo up for sale. Brenda has been a blessing for us. Purchasing our first home in Florida has been a challenge as we reside in Canada and could not view properties due to travel restrictions. She helped up virtually view the home, electronically purchase the home and close although we were not able to be present.
