Tony and Carol have assisted us in several purchases and sales over the past years. I can honestly say that this is the best team we have had the pleasure to work with. On the selling side they will evaluate your home and recommend a price, backed up with data, that will get you top dollar. It will also get the house sold, not sit on the market month over month. On the buying side the same is true. They will recommend homes that you will like based on your impute, and work to get you the best price on your new home. They communicate very well and honestly. In talking with the agents on the other side regarding the home they consistently have more information and facts, so discussions normally end up in their favor. Their recommendations are based on years of experience in the area and facts. Bottom line if you want to get the house bought or sold, they are the best I've had the pleasure to work with. Trevin did a great job helping me with my home sale! He was professional and always willing to answer any questions I had, and he was always willing to give his input based on his experience but never pushed for anything if there were any concerns on my part. He went above and beyond what I believe to be standard practice and because my move was a bit sudden he even went back to my home for me to check on things and ensure I didn’t miss anything. The things I did miss he even helped me take care of in my absence to get the house ready for sale. The mix of professional and personal approaches made for a much easier experience!
