We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service Tony and Carol provided in selling our home. From our very first meeting, they took the time to walk us through the staging process and worked with us to create a timeline that fit our needs. Their advice and attention to detail made all the difference. The listing photos were absolutely stunning, and their marketing strategy was top-notch. Our home was listed on a Thursday evening, and Tony and Carol hosted open houses that Saturday and Sunday. By Monday, they presented us with seven offers! They guided us through every step of the process, especially when it came to reviewing and comparing the offers, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and manageable. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. If you’re looking for realtors who truly go above and beyond, we highly recommend Tony and Carol!

Tony and Carol treated us as their own. We are so grateful for their care, warmth, kindness and professionalism. Their communication is unmatched. Thank you so much Tony and Carol!

Tony and Carol have assisted us in several purchases and sales over the past years. I can honestly say that this is the best team we have had the pleasure to work with. On the selling side they will evaluate your home and recommend a price, backed up with data, that will get you top dollar. It will also get the house sold, not sit on the market month over month. On the buying side the same is true. They will recommend homes that you will like based on your impute, and work to get you the best price on your new home. They communicate very well and honestly. In talking with the agents on the other side regarding the home they consistently have more information and facts, so discussions normally end up in their favor. Their recommendations are based on years of experience in the area and facts. Bottom line if you want to get the house bought or sold, they are the best I've had the pleasure to work with. And I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Since the moment we spoke to Trevin , we knew we had the right agent. As first time home buyers and very naive to the process, Trevin walked us through each step with a patience and understanding. We trusted Trevin’s opinion on every detail of the home buying process. We leaned on his expertise and it was the best decision we made. I can not say enough good things about our experience and would recommend Trevin to anyone who is looking for the next home. Thanks again for everything!!

Trevin did a great job helping me with my home sale! He was professional and always willing to answer any questions I had, and he was always willing to give his input based on his experience but never pushed for anything if there were any concerns on my part. He went above and beyond what I believe to be standard practice and because my move was a bit sudden he even went back to my home for me to check on things and ensure I didn’t miss anything. The things I did miss he even helped me take care of in my absence to get the house ready for sale. The mix of professional and personal approaches made for a much easier experience!
