On the buying side the same is true. They will recommend homes that you will like based on your impute, and work to get you the best price on your new home. They communicate very well and honestly. In talking with the agents on the other side regarding the home they consistently have more information and facts, so discussions normally end up in their favor. Trevin did a great job helping me with my home sale! He was professional and always willing to answer any questions I had, and he was always willing to give his input based on his experience but never pushed for anything if there were any concerns on my part. He went above and beyond what I believe to be standard practice and because my move was a bit sudden he even went back to my home for me to check on things and ensure I didn’t miss anything. The things I did miss he even helped me take care of in my absence to get the house ready for sale. The mix of professional and personal approaches made for a much easier experience!
