My son and I have worked with Kristin for 30 years- buying and selling properties. She goes above and beyond to make sure the process goes smoothly. She will make sure everything you need to know about a new property is clear and will take you to visit as many homes as you'd like...... ;) She recently sold my home- offer in 2 days !
Kristin was a pleasure to work with. she kept the nerves down for this buyer on a regular basis. she was thorough and made sure i was aware of all that was going on during the buying process. I may have made a friend for life.
Kristin is a very skilled realtor and really cares about her clients success in selling there home. She is easy to talk to and knows how to walk you through the market and negotate the best deal for her client.
From our initial meeting through the successful sale of the property Kristin did a phenomenal job as my realtor. She had a clear understanding of the market and pricing strategies. Her recommendations, assistance and support in getting the property to market were more than expected and greatly appreciated. Kristin kept in contact with me and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The sale went smoothly. I’d happily refer her to anyone in need of a realtor.
Kristin was such an amazing help selling our condo. She was able to help us overcome several issues and get us to the closing. Wonderful communication and professionalism!!!!
I cannot say enough amazing and positive things to say about Kristin to truly do her justice. She went above and beyond expectations. Any time a question came up she provided an answer or a time to get to me with an answer if she didn't already know off the top of her head. She was the calming voice when I (the seller) started having doubts. she told me to trust the system.
Kristin has 4 properties for sale and sold 7 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
