Mark is an incredible Real Estate Professional. He understands the market inside and out. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a house and only showed us houses that matched our search criteria. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. Mark thoroughly explain the house buying process from start to finish. When we had questions, he ALWAYS picked up his phone or shot us a text message within minutes. He is a great negotiator and is highly respected by other Real Estate Agents. We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

Purchasing a home can be stressful - not with Emily though! She took the stress off of us and guided us through each step. She is professional, responsive, and definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a wealth of information and we couldn't have been happier!
