Overall good experience

We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything. We are so happy.

Jessica was a great agent, she was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. Her experience with finding the best photographer for the listing and any other issues was amazing and handled quickly. I recommend her to anyone buying or selling as her knowledge of the market is right on!

We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.
