He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a house and only showed us houses that matched our search criteria. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. Mark thoroughly explain the house buying process from start to finish. When we had questions, he ALWAYS picked up his phone or shot us a text message within minutes. He is a great negotiator and is highly respected by other Real Estate Agents. We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

Just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the best, and that in it self is an understatement. Orbis helped me purchase my first home and I would never forget how much he helped me. Orbis found me a home that i loved for the price i wanted in the neighborhood i wanted. Now as it was my first purchase there were alot of questions and anxiety. Orbis made me feel safe and relaxed. I literally spoke to him about twice a day if not more everyday for a little over a month through the whole process with questions concerns because it was an fha loan so if you know about fha it's not easy. But I never doubted Orbis he told me I am going to make this happen for you. At one point there was a repair that needed to be done he took his own money paid for it and and said you can just reimburse me at closing a 1250 dollar job also he paid for reinspection and didnt ask for a thing. After a month of talking multiple times a day I have not only found a realtor for life but a friend and brother through Christ for ever. He's the best and if you dont believe me try him out. You wont be disappointed I guarantee it.
