My husband and I were looking for our dream house in Lakeland as I start and new job. Linda was an effective communicator, and great with sending homes and neighborhoods immediately. If we wanted to look at a home, she would set up a walk-through as soon as possible accommodating our busy schedules. She knows the areas like the back of her hand, so she was able to give real-world information about neighborhoods, schools, safety, surrounding dining, etc. She truly cared about us finding the right fit. Her communication was highly effective and helpful for us. She is kind and easy to work with. Hands down, Linda is the best real estate agent we have worked with and we have owned many homes. Thank you Linda!

We've listed and promptly sold two houses with Linda Z in a one-year period. She was excellent. She was very professional, very communicative, knew the market, and went above and beyond. She knew exactly what needed to be done to sell both houses promptly and at substantial prices. If we had a third house to sell, we'd be listing it with her, as well.

Linda helped us with the sale of our condo from start to finish. We live in Virginia so it was hard to get down there and take care of things but Linda was right on top of what we needed. Linda took care of contractors, delivery of appliances, worked with our condo manager, and overall she was our eyes and ears when we could not be there. Linda knew what we needed and made sure the job got done. Linda was an amazing agent and we couldn’t have sold our condo without her. I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to sell or buy a home because she is the best. Thank you Linda for all that you did for us. We are so grateful for your hard work and dedication in selling our condo.
