During my twenty-seven year career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, my family and I were relocated to new duty stations on a regular basis. We scheduled a showing and prepared to drive the 1560 mile round trip from Lafayette, LA to Auburndale, FL. Upon arrival, as idyllic as 500 Lake Juliana Drive appeared, it became clear that the maintenance and upkeep had been vastly neglected due to a personal family tragedy suffered by the previous owner. Cheryl and I attest that Robin went WELL above and beyond to assist both the Seller and the Buyers to bring this to fruition.
