I do not live in Lakeland, so Lourdes facilitated the tasks I needed to get done to put the sale in the market: she knows the right people to get the work done right! Lourdes understood my situation and accommodated to that situation, she is flexible and communicates well, therefore I knew where I was at each point of the transaction.
