My daughter Emily recently moved to Florida to begin her new job in Lakeland. We were referred to Jenny through a family member as neither my daughter nor I were very familiar with the area. Jenny made sure she was present when various contractors including plumbers, electrician, and foundation companies that needed to come over to give an estimate for repairs. Jenny went to bat for my daughter during negotiations with the seller to make sure she was able to buy the home she was happy, safe, and was a smart financial decision. Jenny took not only a professional approach in helping my daughter but also a personal approach. Jenny exemplified great communication and professionalism, knowledge, and negotiating skills during our entire buying experience. I would use Jenny Ramirez again for my future real estate purchases.
