This was my second time working with Glenn and Tamara of Lakeland Hometown Properties, and they were just as amazing this time as the first. Their deep knowledge of Lakeland neighborhoods and the broader Polk County market was invaluable, especially since I hadn't quite settled on the exact area where I would buy. They helped me pinpoint the perfect house with expert guidance. Throughout the process, they were incredibly responsive. They always answered my texts and calls quickly and patiently, and kept me updated at all times. As usual, their negotiation skills were top notch. They suggested things I didn't even know I could ask for and always worked in my absolute best interest. They never tried to persuade me to buy anything; instead, they were there to guide me, answer questions, and help me see different perspectives. I honestly felt at all times that I had friends by my side, not agents trying to close a deal. They are an amazing team, and between the two of them, I never lacked for support or information. We even had some really difficult situations, and they constantly supported me and made sure my property rights were protected—they even faced death threats on my behalf! I was also shocked that after we had closed the deal, they were still there helping me wrap things up. They went above and beyond on tasks they absolutely didn't have to do. If you want dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring agents in the Lakeland area, I cannot recommend Glenn and Tamara enough.

Our experience with Glenn and Tamara was fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was impeccable, they coordinated all aspects of the sale, even managing the entire staging process, and offered experienced, relevant renovation and listing advice in the process. We also felt like they did a phenomenal job marketing our listing, and utilized multi-media and an array of platforms to widen the reach of our listing. Highly recommend!

Glen & Tamara @ Lakeland Hometown Properties helped out with the sale of my Mom's home. They came in after i had a problem with another realtor( mistrust), They were so Professional and help me the sales of the home. I live out of state and Glen was so much help, he told me what needed to be done to get the the house sold. After a few months we got the house sold. Thank You Both Glen and Tamara for everything.
