Helpful in making the process of buying go smooth and efficient

Glenn always made sure to keep us in the loop of what was going on with buyers such as what the buyers liked and disliked about the house, what we could change to help sell it better. Glenn also made sure that we always knew what we were signing and if we needed any thing explained better.

Glenn was recommended to us by a friend, who also had a wonderful experience with him as a realtor. Glenn and his wife Tamara worked on our home sale as a team. Their market knowledge and professionalism were outstanding- what you would expect from one of the big real estate firms. However, the personalized attention and communication we experienced made us feel like we were their only clients. Glenn's knowledge of the market and current buyers' preferences was impressive and he was able to answer our many questions. His wife Tamara was able to help with staging and design that made our house much more desirable to buyers. We were living out of state while our home was on the market and Glenn and Tamara took care of all of the repairs and updates. I do not believe our home would have sold as quickly or for the price we got without their guidance. It was a little stressful trying to sell a home in the current market, but Glenn and Tamara made it happen! I highly recommend their services. The agents put the home on the market on a Tuesday and by Monday the following week were already had a contract. It was amazing! They were also our agent on buying our new property and took care of everything for us. It was an amazing experience. We closed on both in about 15 days from offer to closing. It was the best experience.
