I am an out of state, first time homebuyer and was very happy that Steve was my realtor for the whole process of buying a home. Steve was very knowledgeable on the process and was able to provide me the answers to all the questions that I had for him since I was clueless to home buying. If Steve did not have an answer for me right away, he made sure that he got the information I was looking for in a quick manner. Steve was also very familiar with the area I was looking to purchase in, along with the surrounding areas which really helped since I was an out of state buyer. I also felt like Steve was easy to get a long with, comfortable to be around and I felt like he was a trustworthy person that was looking out for me. Whenever he would show me a house, he would point out things about the houses and would also let me have my space to roam around the houses and get a feel for them without being that person who was breathing down my neck pressuring me while looking. My buying process was NOT a very smooth one due to some issues that arose, but Steve was there every minute to ensure everything was sorted out and getting the ball rolling again on the buying process. I am also VERY thankful and appreciate all of the extra help that he has been giving me after I finally closed on a home by being that person to do my final walk through and receiving my keys, keeping in contact with me until I move in, referring what utility companies to go through and when to start them, and checking on the property for me just to name a few things. I highly recommend Steve for anyone looking to purchase a home!

We started working with Harry when we had just a small deposit and some ideas. He was candid and honest with us and demonstrated a clear understanding of our needs and wants - as well as the market and the process. Several months elapsed before my wife and I were finally ready to purchase a home. He was with us every step of the way, helpful in every regard and made sure if he could answer a question or do something for us, we were taken care of. He was efficient and skillful throughout. What I loved the most was that he let us drive our own experience and didn't push us in any direction, he just helped in whatever way he could. He gave us good counsel and great service. At no time did he keep us waiting or leave us feeling in the dark. The man even responded to texts I would have at random and late hours, holiday or otherwise. He was on point throughout. Would recommend to friends and family.
