After having the house on the market 4 months with another realtor, we had little to no interest in the house. Tony took over and advised us how to make the house more attractive and he did a big marketing blitz. In 4 days we had a contract for more than we expected to make . He knows the real estate business better than anyone else and he is also extremely personable and kind!

Bob negotiated all the way to the end and corrected my closing costs when the Title Company missed it.
