When I first interviewed Lucy regarding selling a house in the Mainland’s she came fully informed with condo documents and comparable sales Lucy had organized a folder that I could review later with my husband regarding the above info and contract. She is very concise .I conveyed to Lucy my price range and she kept me informed of all the offers and her responses to them. After seeing her responses I felt totally secure with her skill ,professionalism and experience! Lucy negotiated a very good deal for a house that needed to be gutted.
