I have never met a harder working person in my life. Her market knowledge & constant help led to my sale above what I expected. She anticipated all the bumps along the way & smoothed them over. Giving her a 5 star rating is a slight of her performance. More stars are needed.. can’t recommend her enough!

Coming from California and not knowing the area, I can honestly say Bill is the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. I’ve bought many properties and have never experienced an agent with an understanding of a particular area. He knows which schools are the best, what area would for my personal needs and the patience to drive me around and show me the entire Tampa Bay Area!…even areas he knew I wouldn’t like but wanted to show me the differences. FYI Bill found me my perfect home in three days, negotiated a deal I couldn’t believe, walked me through the differences in buying Florida real estate and has an amazing list of contractors and other professionals for me to speak to. Overall; an amazing experience for this time in my life. Thank you Bill!!

We had a death in the family and had to sell her house in Florida and we met with Angela and after a short while we had to leave and she took care of everything. Angela not only handled the homeowners association issues but health not only took care of the sell of the the house but she also handled all the issues that came up. I am a 47 year old HVAC technician who didn’t purchase a home until I was 40. With that being said I couldn’t have imagined a better experience as far as my realtor is concerned. That was 2016 and at the time we could never imagine what the housing market would become. I think it’s safe to say no one at the time did. Since the purchase Rania has helped 4 of our children become home buyers 3 of which were first time homebuyers and just as intimidated as we were. I would recommend Rania to any serious home buyer not because we consider her family but because I truly believe she has her customers best interest at heart! That is truly rare thing these days in any profession.
