I am a 47 year old HVAC technician who didn’t purchase a home until I was 40. With that being said I couldn’t have imagined a better experience as far as my realtor is concerned. Since the purchase Rania has helped 4 of our children become home buyers 3 of which were first time homebuyers and just as intimidated as we were. I would recommend Rania to any serious home buyer not because we consider her family but because I truly believe she has her customers best interest at heart! That is truly rare thing these days in any profession.

Not only is Diane extremely knowledgeable, but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are not from Florida, we quickly learned that things in Florida are much different in upstate NY, so there was a learning curve that Diane walked us through, every step of the way. She made the home buying process not only easy but fun too. I would recommend Diane over and over!
