Working with Geri was an absolute pleasure! For first time home buyers, this was a scary process however she made it so easy and fun. Geri was always available when we had questions or wanted to look at new houses, she was constantly on the look out for houses for us, and really listened to our needs and wants in a home. I would highly recommend Geri to anyone looking to buy a new home!

One of the best decisions I made this year was deciding to Have Sofie be the real estate agent we contracted with to sell a property held by a Trust that I was a co trustee for. Sofie did a wonderful job communicating all relevant information involved in the sale. This included sorting through offers and negotiating on our behalf with the final Buyers agent. It all went smoothly only because of Sofie's attention to detail and timely communication with all parties involved. As a result no problems at the closing.

Jen is very knowledgeable, works hard, responds quick at all hours and takes initiative. Even when things get complex, she levels up with ease. This property was as odd as it gets, but she didn't just sell it,..she sold it at a great price!
