She was organized and motivating while we visited homes and she found many hidden gems that I know I would have never come across on my own. In the end she found my forever home that I am 100% in love with, my kids are over the moon about our new home, and I am so grateful for her through this whole process. If you need to sell your home, Julian is your man. Our house was located in one of the worst flood zones and we did NOT think it was going to sell, especially after nearly flooding during hurricane Helene. Julian was able to make it happen - BUT it didn't come easy. The buyers found out the day before closing that they didn't actually have the funds - a mistake by their broker. Instead of accepting the cancelation policy that the buyer's realtor kept trying to push, Julian didn't take no for an answer. He skipped the other realtor and talked to the buyers to give them a referral to an amazing mortgage broker who was able to work everything out on the financial side of things. Long story short, he got the job done and we are forever grateful.
