I am a 47 year old HVAC technician who didn’t purchase a home until I was 40. With that being said I couldn’t have imagined a better experience as far as my realtor is concerned. At the time of the desired purchase I was working out of town regularly and living out of hotels M-F. Home being a dilapidated rental home that my wife and I were throwing away to much hard earned money on every month. I had limited time and resources at my disposal but we were extremely motivated to improve our situation. Rania was introduced to us from my wife’s sister and brother in law also their close knit circle of friends who they treat as family had done business with in the past. She had come to us highly recommended and by the time we grew enough courage to seriously pursue buying our first home she was already considered an extended part of our family. Rania made herself available every step of the way right up until the inspection and the closing process helping to protect our investment as if it was her own. That was 2016 and at the time we could never imagine what the housing market would become. I think it’s safe to say no one at the time did. Since the purchase Rania has helped 4 of our children become home buyers 3 of which were first time homebuyers and just as intimidated as we were. I would recommend Rania to any serious home buyer not because we consider her family but because I truly believe she has her customers best interest at heart! That is truly rare thing these days in any profession.

Cindy did a wonderful job helping us sell my Mother-in-Law’s home after her passing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process while getting us too dollar for it. Her expertise was invaluable and she kept us informed throughout every step especially since we were not local during the sell. She went above and beyond our expectations by collecting the mail and ensuring the property was safe and secure during the sell. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

If you need to sell your home, Julian is your man. Our house was located in one of the worst flood zones and we did NOT think it was going to sell, especially after nearly flooding during hurricane Helene. Julian was able to make it happen - BUT it didn't come easy. The buyers found out the day before closing that they didn't actually have the funds - a mistake by their broker. Instead of accepting the cancelation policy that the buyer's realtor kept trying to push, Julian didn't take no for an answer. He skipped the other realtor and talked to the buyers to give them a referral to an amazing mortgage broker who was able to work everything out on the financial side of things. Long story short, he got the job done and we are forever grateful.
