Kristin and her team made it easy for us. From her initial consultation on the sale of our condo, to the buying strategy that allowed us to win with the offer on our dream house, Beachwise made it easy for us every step of the way. We learned that an experienced realtor team can make all the difference in terms of time, money, and results. We look forward to recommending Kristin and her team to everyone we know looking to buy or sell real estate in the Clearwater and surrounding areas.

I had a great experience having Alex on my team as I attempted to navigate a market/region that is highly in demand. I managed my own expectations believing that the process was going to take time however Alex could read my mind and knew exactly what property I desired and what I was looking for. With that she put great options in front of me and the seeking/buying period was unbelievably quick! Couple that with entering a buying situation with a financing contingency (existing home sale) it was difficult. I had to manage my own expectations , however Alex over delivered and I felt like I was in more than capable hands! High Recommend!

Justin is a great Real Estate agent. He is very knowledgeable, organized, and a great communicator. He touches base very often in the process and returns any calls very quickly. He represented me both on the purchase and sale of my homes. I would recommend him to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. He is a pleasure to work with, driven, and most of all a great person and agent. Highly Recommend!!!
