As a first time home seller through a realtor, my husband and I were pleased with how the process went. As with any seller/buyer transaction, there are bound to be hiccups along the way... None of ours were because of Brandon. He handled all issues with our buyer's realtor quickly and professionally - even after closing was complete. We would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in SW Florida.

Jan has helped us buy & sell several properties. Her professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness & positive attitude are unsurpassed. She really knows the business. She answers every text & phone call. We have had fast 1 day sales, but we've also had more challenging purchases & sales & she has excelled at all of them. We could not recommend her enough & would not consider another agent than Jan in the future.
