But, I'm glad I trusted her instincts and she knew what I was looking for; it worked out very well! Beverly really knows what she is doing and she's been doing it long enough to know the things that newer agents or agents that haven't been in the area long won't know! Her lender referral played a huge role in getting my offer accepted, too! Beverly is honest and transparent, she'll tell you what she knows and what she doesn't know (thankfully, she knows a lot.) She was always pointing out things to be concerned about that I'd never think of and always had my interests as her priority. This was especially helpful buying a house by myself. The basics like keeping things on track and explaining the agreements and process were a breeze with Beverly; buying a house wasn't nearly as stressful as I thought it'd be. There are just too many good things to say here! If you have another agent you're considering, I'd highly recommend having a conversation with Beverly before making a decision.
