On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was. That really sums up the way Chuck and Katie treated us throughout the entire process. Their communication was exceptional—always responsive, patient and available. Their knowledge of the local and waterfront market was invaluable, and when it came time to make an offer and negotiate, they guided us with experience and good judgment while always respecting that the decisions were ours. What impressed us perhaps most is that their help didn't end at closing. Even now, they continue to look out for us and help take care of things at the house. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure. When we reached out to Jennifer in looking to purchase a second home where we had lived prior to moving to Spain, we reached out to her wanting to do something FAST, she very quickly got the criteria and sent us a list of options in that criteria. And when I say fast, my husband threw the idea out about 'should we' and within hours we had the choices and found what we thought fit our needs perfectly. We reached out to her via text because it was EARLY (we are on Spain time) and said to reach out when it was normal time as we wanted to submit a full price cash offer and we wanted to do so and avoid the open house that afternoon. Hopefully, this was the easiest buyers agent assist, since the sale of our primary home last year was much more difficult and time consuming. But, whether it's easy deals or challenging ones; high value homes or mid range value homes, Jennifer always showed up with a smile and can do attitude and does whatever necessary to help her clients.
