Exceptionally competent and helpful

Kinga is terrific. She responds quickly, always answered our questions fully, and suggested potential solutions with problems that arose. She knows what it takes to sell a house quickly and acquire a good price. Our house was listed on MLS on a Friday and by the following Tuesday we had an offer and the sale price set a new record for the area.

The Perfect Home

I am in the perfect home for me, thanks to Caroline. It was an almost impossible market (March, 2022). There were so few houses in the areas and price range for me, yet she was quick to get early viewings when one hit the market. This was key for getting into the mix early. I hadn’t had any real estate dealings in several years, and never in Florida. She was there for every step of my journey, and I couldn’t have done it without her knowledge and experience. Highly recommend.
