I worked with Nicole for approximately 6 months searching for a multi family investment opportunity. Nicole never gave up, despite how difficult my parameters were. She always sent me opportunities as well as her analysis. She also constantly kept in contact with me, every day to every other day, as needed. Once we found the deal I wanted to go after, she stepped up even further. Everything that needed to get done, she spearheaded. She had the companies in place for financing, inspections, and even a contractor (who was also phenomenal). Nicole knows what shes doing, and I feel went above and beyond, and as soon as I'm ready to dive into my next project, I'm calling her.

Nicole and her husband had us at hello! We picked them from a number of real estate agents we interviewed on our trip back to FL. We asked them to have the home sold by end of August latest and they had it sold early! I was in NJ the entire time while they took care repairing my town home and getting it sold on time. I would recommend them if you have a home you really need to got sold by a certain date.

Buying your first house is a crazy process. It’s scary and exciting all at the same time. We were nervous wrecks during the entire thing. But Nicole was very easy to work with and talk to. She was very honest and my husband and I never felt like she was trying to benefit herself or her company in any way. It was all about our wants and needs. She knew her stuff and we trusted her completely. She still answers any questions we have promptly even a couple months after closing. Would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling!
