I am so happy to be able to express my real gratitude to the best ever real estate agent I have worked with. Starting with the staging of the house Silviya did an amazing job. She not only had an amazing style and creativity but also brought personal decorations and furniture. What I liked the most though is that she listened to me very attentively and did what I wanted done, didn’t want to impose her ideas, nor was rushing me as I have noticed with every other real estate agent from previous experience. She went beyond herself to ensure that I liked the photos. She had to repeat the photo session with a different company as she agreed with me not liking the photos. As for her knowledge in the real estate business I was also impressed with her competence. She was very quick and responsive and the papers she prepared for the transaction were spotless. Sure enough as a result of her knowledge and experience with all - from the staging to the deal closing I sold the house at a higher than asking price. I got the offer that sold it within few hours of her posting the house for sale. I think this speaks by itself and says more than anything I can write about her. I am super happy to have found her. I highly recommend her as the best realtor I have ever dealt with ( and I have dealt with many before her). I would give her 10/10 having in mind that I am pretty demanding and have high standards.
