Choosing JoAnne O'Brien to represent me in the purchase of my home was the right choice. She possesses all of the qualities a buyer desires to lead you through the arduous process of purchasing a home. Being out-of-state and looking to return home, I was daunted by the immense number of processes required, by seemingly everyone. JoAnne led, and many times pushed me, in and through the things that needed to be done on my end. She was relentless when it came to both negotiations with the sellers, and with making sure the lending agency stayed on track. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what I was doing. JoAnne kept me appraised of everything that was happening at all times, went to appointments that I could not attend, patiently talked me through (and most importantly, made sure I understood) the mounds of paperwork, cautioned me around potentially precarious foot-falls, and treated me with respect and kindness.
