Working with Susan was everything I imagine a realtor/client relationship should be. Her extremely deep knowledge of real estate, coupled with years of experience made this process absolutely seamless for us. While touring homes, she was able to point out things we would not have even thought to look twice at (both good and bad! When we found THE ONE, she was there every single step of the way. I had so many questions, and there was never a moment where I felt I was being annoying or asking stupid questions. She answered every single thing quickly and thoroughly. There was not a second of guesswork. I highly, highly recommend her. I've already been telling our friends who are looking to buy in the next year or two; reach out to Susan. You won't regret it!

I've worked with Susan both buying and selling properties. The process in itself is daunting, but Susan helped me navigate through the listing, staging, and closing process with ease.

Susan gave us excellent suggestions to prepare our home to sell. These suggestions helped us secure an offer on our house in just one weekend in a slow market! She’s a great person to work with.
