I would have to say that going with this agency what's the smartest decision I could have made . I had previously spoken with remax and several other local agents in my area and the advice I was given by them I'm sure was sound if I had wanted to invest money, wait and find the right buyer, which could have perhaps taken months but God forbid years. instead I chose Carl it's a different kind of agency they can market your property in a much broader area, he is an amazing person ,as an agent I could not have asked for anyone more professional, more considerate of my needs more willing to give his time without my even asking to get me an amazing deal ,almost 10,000 off on the property that I bought with the money that I got from the property he's sold for me at 2000 above what I was asking !!!!! I would rate this agency 6 stars ,heck let's give them 10 Stars. Thank You Team Gresen

My husband & I highly recommend Janice. Even in a difficult market she seems to have the Realtor connections as well as buyers to bring more potential buyers into your home. As stressful as selling a home is, Janice helped keep us on track with what was important. We had two offers at nearly the same price in less than 7 weeks on the market, closed in less than 10 weeks. Our nephew also used Janice to buy his first home and he was extremely happy with her services as well.

We couldn't ask for a better home buying experience. Shannon was very knowledgeable about the process for us as newcomers into the area. She answered our questions efficiently and kept us briefed with every step of the way. Her friendliness, care and professionalism are outstanding. We knew that she'd help us to find the best home in our price range, and she did indeed. Shannon goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her as the best Real Estate Agent! Thank you so much!
