As stressful as selling a home is, Janice helped keep us on track with what was important. We had two offers at nearly the same price in less than 7 weeks on the market, closed in less than 10 weeks. Our nephew also used Janice to buy his first home and he was extremely happy with her services as well.

Through the years we’ve sold and bought a few homes with some experiences good and some not as well. Therefore, we’ve also had our fair share of agents, again some good, and looking back some not. We were in our home for 20+ years, so it was a hard decision on whether we would sell or not. So, when we were finally ready, Janice, as well as Jan, another agent in her office, were on the spot with information about the market, the potential group of buyers, how to position the property, helped with staging, took care of all the business stuff (professional photography, survey, …..), dealt with buyers and their agent’s requests all quietly in the background while also guiding us all the way through the process. Simply stated, on a scale of 1 to 10, the scale does not go high enough. Best home sale experience ever and we highly recommend Janice for any real estate process!
