Jan is the best agent I've ever worked with, and I'm sure she is the best anyone can ask for. She worked with me for both buying and selling this house that I owned for a relatively short time... I didn't want to sell it, but some personal issue made me move to another state. To her, knowing the market situation and houses in the area is given... more importantly, it looks like she has the ability to read your mind. Every time she showed a new house, it not only fit in the boundary you vaguely drew in your mind for your house, but also a next one is almost always better (closer to the house you have in mind) than the previous one. At first, I couldn't visualize what kind of house I would like; I just had a vague idea based on numbers... square footage, number of rooms, price, location, etc... but when she showed the first few houses, I could see what I wanted. It's the best example for the saying "I will know when I see it." And I was under a very tight time constraint, but she found the very house in the very area I wanted to be in less than 2 months... And when I sold the house, she arranged everything so quickly and professionally that we had an open house within 5 days after we first talked about the selling, and found a buyer in about 10 days... with a price higher than I was expecting. And during the closing process, she made it so easy for me to handle minor issues that I didn't have to worry about anything. My friend who worked with her had similar experience with her, if not better, and that's why he remommended her to me.
