I am pleased to be able to write a reference for Renee and Tom Simpson and their company C. Simpson Realty. I have known Tom Simpson for many years and have the highest regard for his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. When I recently decided to sell my condo in South Pasadena, Florida I interviewed three real estate agents to determine which company I wished to list my property with. Although I had not met Renee before those interviews I was very impressed with her assessment of the real estate market in our area and the strategy she proposed to sell our condo. I am pleased that I chose to list my property with Renee and Tom and their company C Simpson Realty. Because of some logistical issues related to where I was moving, we decided to hold off on listing the property and actively marketing it for a month. During the interim, while we were waiting, I had regular contact with Renee. When it came time to list the property Renee made recommendations that we discussed and ended up following. We ended up putting our condo on multiple listing on a Thursday, had scheduled showings on Friday and had an offer on Saturday that we ended up accepting a few days later. After the contract was signed, Renee and Tom continued to work with us setting a closing date, arranging for a title company and generally making the property transfer go smoothly. I am happy to recommend Renee and Tom and know that anyone using their services will be glad they did.

We can't say enough great things about Selinda! From the moment we started the process of selling our home, she was just amazing because she actually listened to us when it came down to details about our home like listing price etc. She took charge and scheduled the photographer, was at our home in-person for every showing, handled all of the behind the scenes tasks, stayed in constant communication with us, and dealt with a ton of extra paperwork with the buyer on our behalf! She helped us arrange a few of the required repairs and had them completed the next day to avoid delays. There was a huge problem from the buyers money transfer the day of closing and Selinda handled it beautifully! Not only did she try and put our minds at ease because we were now in our new house in another state, but she dealt with the buyer's realtor the entire morning and even contacted an interested buyer to have a back-up offer & closing just in case the current buyer's financing fell through. We were completely blown away by this and beyond thankful! The stress from that day just melted away by her hard work and dedication to selling our home! We would HIGHLY recommend Selinda and are so happy she was responsible for selling our home!!
