We were new homebuyers and Kai helped us...
We were new homebuyers and Kai helped us tremendously in finding our new home in a very difficult market. He was persistent in helping us whether it meant answering questions or dealing with other agents/sellers/etc. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bank of resources and contacts to pull from. He is very responsive and usually answers text or emails within minutes. He knows the area very well and can give expert opinions on a home or aspects of the home. Kai stepped us through the homebuying process, which we knew nothing about as new homebuyers, and made the process as easy as possible. We would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home in the Tampa area!
