Anthony is the best. We have used his expertise in several real estate deals. He is organized and efficient. He knows exactly what’s needed for the purchase of a property and has everything ready right away. He has excellent communication skills. He keeps you up to date with the progress of your purchase almost on a daily basis. He is always available if you have any questions or any problems come up. He is great at solving problems and comes up with innovative suggestions. He makes suggestions, but always does as you ask. He also has excellent negotiation skills to get you the best price. I highly recommend him.

Tony initially assisted my sister with the purchase of a condo in Madeira Beach, serving as the owner’s agent. Despite being a commercial real estate professional herself and choosing not to have separate representation, she was highly impressed with Tony’s expertise, professionalism, and market knowledge. Her positive experience led her to strongly recommend him when I began my own search in the same area. Based on our experience, I can confidently recommend Tony to anyone considering a purchase in the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Redington, Indian Rocks, or Clearwater areas. His deep understanding of the local market, combined with his strong ties to the community, provides an invaluable advantage when making a real estate decision. Over the course of three separate trips, Tony dedicated significant time to showing us beach properties, demonstrating patience, responsiveness, and genuine commitment. He took the time to carefully listen to both my husband and me, thoughtfully guiding us through differing preferences and helping us reach a decision that satisfied us both. Ultimately, we found and purchased a beautiful three-bedroom condo on Madeira Beach that perfectly fits our needs. Tony made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to refer friends and colleagues to Tony, and I am confident he will provide them with the same exceptional level of service and care.

Over the years we’ve worked with many real estate agents on various properties in Florida. Anthony is by far the best. A 10 out of 10. Very comforting having him engaged in our transaction. I highly recommend him !
