In our search for finding a home with more space and in our desired neighborhood, Jenn and Lisa were up for the challenge and they were with us every step of the way. From historic homes, to renovated homes, to new homes, they gave us market insights about each option we were interested in that we couldn’t have gotten from anyone else. When it comes to market pricing, Jenn and Lisa are always spot on. Negotiations, however, are their true specialty. A home buying experience is one that shouldn’t leave you with worry or more unanswered questions. The professionalism and communication from these two is absolutely top notch.

This is my second home purchase with Pia and I will never use anyone else to buy or sell my home. She takes the time to truly understand what I’m looking for in a home, and ensures we invest time in weeding through the process of looking at homes to thoroughly uncover the nuances of what will make me happy. She is extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods, the state of the market and is exceptionally responsive to my many questions and requests for information. I can’t brag about Pia enough!

Chuck and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went far beyond anything we could have expected from a real estate team. Our time to look at properties was often very limited. On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was. That really sums up the way Chuck and Katie treated us throughout the entire process. Their communication was exceptional—always responsive, patient and available. Their knowledge of the local and waterfront market was invaluable, and when it came time to make an offer and negotiate, they guided us with experience and good judgment while always respecting that the decisions were ours. What impressed us perhaps most is that their help didn't end at closing. Even now, they continue to look out for us and help take care of things at the house. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure. Chuck and Katie are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring people. We feel extremely fortunate to have found them and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.
