There is just not enough time or space to convey how amazing our experience with Josh was. We happened upon him by accident and perhaps divine intervention but there is no way we could have gone through our buying experience with anyone else. He was there every step of the way, available day or night, and always making sure we were supported and informed. It was his magic that made it all happen!! It would take another paragraph to describe all the ways big and small he put in extra effort to help with things we never would have thought of. He has become a real friend and we cannot recommend him enough to anyone and everyone buying or selling property!!

Drew is exceptionally professional, responsive, and trustworthy. My fiancée and I just finished working with him to buy our first home and he made the process a breeze. This saved us a lot of headaches, as taking the time to go and view properties only to find out they don't match your expectations is extremely frustrating. Kent is simply heads and shoulders above any other broker I've ever worked with, and I've worked with dozens as a former investor. When it has come to buying or selling my personal property - he's the only person I have, or will, use. Kent has now sold 2 homes and helped us buy 3 homes. I can truthfully say his listing and marketing for the sale of the Dunedin home was the best I've ever seen. This resulted in multiple competing, over asking offers, on the first weekend on market. It was worthy of a TV episode. I literally had people ask about him when they saw the listing. But honestly, it isn't the shiny marketing that sets him apart, even though his is unbeatable. It is his ability to navigate some of the toughest situations and help get to the other side of it feeling safe. He's a never ending fountain of knowledge and can bring peace to even the most stressful situations. Our last purchase was with a less than trustworthy flipper and non-English speaking broker. It was the stuff of nightmares. At its worst he made a series of calls and moves that saved us thousands of dollars, took the stress level from a 10 to a 1, and got us to the closing table on time. Savior. He's on the Christmas card list forever. You cannot do better.
