This saved us a lot of headaches, as taking the time to go and view properties only to find out they don't match your expectations is extremely frustrating. Kent is simply heads and shoulders above any other broker I've ever worked with, and I've worked with dozens as a former investor. When it has come to buying or selling my personal property - he's the only person I have, or will, use. Kent has now sold 2 homes and helped us buy 3 homes. I can truthfully say his listing and marketing for the sale of the Dunedin home was the best I've ever seen. This resulted in multiple competing, over asking offers, on the first weekend on market.
