Sue is hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I listed my house with her back in May of 2025 with a handful of conditions due to our circumstance which i did not think would sell in time. With her guidance and her network of support i was able to close a month sooner than expected with an extra 23k than I originally expected. I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner than Sue Mosley.

Let me first say that our home buying process wes long. Not because of Johanna but because we changed what we wanted a number of times. We did not know if we should buy a family home or a townhome. We went back and forth on our location a number of times. Weather it would be one story or two. What would be the square the foot One car garage or two. Johanna had to go through a lot dealing with us, but through it all she at no time became frustrated and was always very helpful giving excellent suggestions. Our home was being built from the ground up in the midst Pandemic, supply chain issues,like lack of wood, window screens and paint and shortage of skilled laborers. Johnna took us to see as many homes as we wanted. and stayed with us through the one year process. She would call in to see how we are doing which made us feel that we were not alone. Even now, as we are still setting into our now home, she is continuing to be very helpful. All in allI would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for property

As newlyweds, we were finally ready to look for a home, but the housing market in Central Florida has skyrocketed and homes were pricier and way more competitive than we've ever seen before. Chris worked with us for months and had good recommendations for a mortgage officer, house inspector and anything else we needed to find our dream home. When we were ready to finally buy a house, we were in what is likely the toughest buyer's market Central Florida has ever experienced, and so it took a ton of work, research and negotiation to finally find the right one for the right price. Thankfully, Chris was always available to answer questions, look up properties, schedule tours of homes and work on offers. We worked with him during the day, evenings and even weekends, and are incredibly thankful to him and his work ethic that we were able to score an amazing home, despite the ridiculously competitive market right now. My wife and I were ready to sell our home in Tampa but didn’t want to pay the 6% realtor fee so we seen ads for flat fee listings and I called Wendy Smith to get more information on the flat fee listing process and she explained everything to us so Wendy put the listing description on the MLS for us and during the process answered all our questions we had. All calls about the property goes to my wife or myself. So when realtors called to show it to a client we put a lock box on the front door for them to show it and we left the house until they were done it was so easy. How we did the realtor fee was Wendy got $150 up front and $350 at closing that was her fee from the beginning and so in the listing we would pay 2% of the selling price at closing so we sold for $369000 so 2% of that was $7380 so Wendy got her $350 from that and selling realtor got $7030 that’s all we had to pay. If we did 6% it would of cost us $22140 so we saved $14760 by going with Wendy Smith. My wife and I would highly recommend her.
