Made buying a home such a breeze!!!

Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Brian was professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Brian explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. Brian is the best! he was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Brian. Thank you for your amazing work!!!!!

Amazing Experience

Brian was amazing! Beyond patient and understanding with my needs and wants when choosing the properties to send over for review. Brian worked closely and with me and walked me through the entire process as a first time homebuyer and joined me at closing day to sure I understood everything! Highly recommend Brian!!!!

Highly recommend James Robinson. We have been searching for a property in Clearwater area for 10 years. Relocating from Chicago suburbs. Found Jim as an agent for some upscale condos many months ago. We were in town for a vacation and he showed us several. Jim immediately impressed us a knowledgeable in this field. He's also a great listener and thoughtful in his advice. Started working with him remotely. He helped us find our dream home for retirement. We closed a few weeks ago and will now move down permanently. The house is exactly what we wanted with a gorgeous garden and nice community. Everything went well from start to finish. He found us the best inspectors and title company. We were able to work with him remotely. He was easily available for all appointments. He also gave us good tips on restaurants and neighborhoods when we arrive. Best agent I've ever worked with.
