Marsh was such a pleasure to work with! He has made the process of buying a home from out of state seem like a piece of cake! He has gone above and beyond to help my parents with every step. He did absolutely everything from viewing the properties and sending videos/photos, inspections, learning to operate the pool, to referrals for services needed. Since they were not able to be there for any of it, they "bought the property blind" and were completely at ease. I interviewed Michael in October 2025 and decided to use him to list and sell my house. After spending several hours giving me tips and better ways to show my house we listed in November 2025. The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward. While we were out of town michael stood by for fhe inspection ordered and monitored repairs scheduled a closing giving us time to get back and move our furniture.
