My name is Stephen Sexauer (aka Real Estate Steve). I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and lived in San Jose, Costa Rica prior to making the beautiful Tampa Bay my home in 1986. My undergraduate degree is in Business Management from the University of Florida and my professional licensing from Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in St.Petersburg, FL. Since 1997, I have been involved in just about all aspects of real estate, from mortgage financing and real estate investing to providing the very best service with helping my clients with their real estate sales and purchases. As an active real estate broker/owner & Realtor, mortgage broker, and real estate investor, I have earned 19 real estate designations and certifications. I truly enjoy working with my clients and educating them along the way; while helping them navigate through the arduous process of buying and selling real estate.
