Best Agent Ever

Helen is a good listener. When we met her to determine if we would list our house with her, she impressed us. She arrived on time and was prepared with a plan to market our house. During that interview she took copious notes on our desires and information regarding our house. She was informed about market trends and prices. When she wrote our house's description it included all of the detailed we had mentioned plus some extra items she has noticed. She has a natural salesperson savvy that she has honed to brilliant skills. She is not an order taker she has the ability to think inside and outside of the box. Her ability to negotiate ultimately closed the deal on our house.
