First time Florida home buyer
I was introduced to Matt through a friend since I was visiting from NY. I had come to visit my son at college for 10 days and said we were looking to purchase a home. We needed to work around my son’s school schedule and Matt was both accommodating and so informative as the real estate market is so different than NY. We found our dream home way quicker than we thought we would and he made the process easy as we had to do everything from a distance. Highly recommend Matt for his patience and thoroughness.
