I can’t even describe how wonderful Darleen was through the whole sale process! Her help was invaluable in not only selling my dad’s condo but she also went above & beyond in her services in so many ways! Darleen was amazing with my father & visited his assisted living facility so he didn’t need to go anywhere- she took care of everything. (Even took my dad for a haircut!) She was a godsend for a daughter who couldn’t physically be there. A POA was eventually needed (after the sale) & Darleen took care of that as well! Kathy is a real gem—she's thoughtful and caring, a great communicator, and incredibly knowledgeable. She has been my go-to realtor of choice through 3 moves since 2010.
